Hearts On Fire Announces Executive Team Promotions
十月 19, 2015
Hearts On Fire®, The World’s Most Perfectly Cut Diamond®, today announced that, effectively immediately, three current executive team members will move into new, expanded executive roles. Within the Hearts On Fire brand, Caryl Capeci (formerly Chief Marketing Officer) will move into the role of President at Hearts On Fire, and Tom Carlo will move into the role of Chief Operating Officer in addition to his current responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer.
Together, Capeci and Carlo will focus on leading the Hearts On Fire business – responsible for creating, implementing and driving the brand’s vision, strategy and day-to-day operations. Glenn Rothman will remain CEO of Hearts On Fire and continue to serve on the Executive Committee. Bill Anderson, formerly the President of Hearts On Fire, will also remain a member of the Executive Committee.
Hearts On Fire, which is known for its perfectly cut diamonds and emphasis on innovation within the diamond jewelry industry, was acquired by industry powerhouse Chow Tai Fook Jewellry Group in 2014. Since then, the brand has implemented a series of initiatives to further increase its awareness and expansion around the Globe, including the launch of its new brand platform and advertising campaign, Ignite Something, in August.
“The amount of momentum that Hearts On Fire has seen in the last year has been truly outstanding, and our expectations for the future are even stronger,” said Caryl Capeci, President, Hearts On Fire. “Together, Tom and I – alongside our fellow executive partners and the rest of the Hearts On Fire team –are excited to lead Hearts On Fire into the next generation of its growth.”
Additionally, Gilly Strauss (formerly the Executive Vice President of Sales at Hearts On Fire) will move into the role of President of Memoire®, a brand also owned by Chow Tai Fook (CTF) and managed through the U.S. headquarters of Hearts On Fire. With Strauss’ extensive sales and strategic background at Hearts On Fire and the support of CTF, Strauss will look to grow the Memoire business into a brand that far exceeds its current focus on wedding and anniversary bands.
“These moves are truly an essential next step for building both the Hearts On Fire and Memoire brands for the future,” said Glenn Rothman, CEO, Hearts On Fire. “All three of these team members have been with Hearts On Fire for many, many years, and have helped us to reach unbelievable levels of success. We are very excited to see where their leadership and vision will take both brands in the years to come.”
